Do small businesses need PR?

Updated: Jun 25

Small businesses and solopreneurs do not need PR.

This is not true; all brands need Public Relations.

PR is about reputation management, brand awareness, making connections, connecting with your target audience, pitching your brand and so much more.

A small business may not have a PR team, but having at least one person knowledgeable in the field on your team is beneficial.

Reasons a small business should have a PR Specialist or Publicist

📢 Helps with brand recognition

📢 To promote your brand

📢 Make connections and build community

📢 They know your business

A dedicated PR Specialist means having someone who knows your business inside and out. They will be able to tell you what is and isn't working, help you develop new ideas, most importantly, be able to jump in if a situation arises.

Having a Publicist is expensive; that is where I come in. I work with introverted women small owners, and solopreneurs host to educate them on how they can get the publicity their brand deserves without feeling overwhelmed or breaking the bank.

If you're curious about how to enhance your PR skills to grow your brand, send me a message and we can set up a free 30-minute consultation!
